SCALE: "AS INDICATED" IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE

Revit helps us a lot in showing automatically the scale of views in the titleblock. When a specific sheet has two or more views at different scales Revit shows the text "As Indicated" in the titleblock´s Scale field.

That's perfect, but if you happen to deliver your work in a non-english speaking country you'll find that there is no parameter that allows us to change the language of "As Indicated". Here´s my proposal:

Open your titleblock family and add a YES/NO INSTANCE VISIBILITY PARAMETER to the Scale label like this:

Next add a simple text in whatever language you need, in this example "Scale As indicated" is read "Escala Indicada" in Spanish. Move the text on top of the scale label so that both end up in the same place.

Now add another YES/NO INSTANCE VISIBILITY PARAMETER to the new text in the same way we did already:

Your titleblock is ready, save it and load into the project overwriting the one in the project file. Below you will you will see the three visibility options you now have available for all your titleblocks from now on. Since we made it an instance parameter, each sheet is individually controlled.
BOTH PARAMETERS CHECKED
REVIT AUTOMATIC SCALE READING PARAMETER CHECKED AND VISIBLE

SPANISH "ESCALA INDICADA" PARAMETER CHECKED, REVIT SCALE PARAMETER UNCHECKED
